Live Arrival Guarantee

We stand behind the health and quality of every animal we ship. All livestock orders are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee when the first delivery attempt is received on time.

In the rare event that an animal arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we will issue store credit for the loss.

To qualify:

You must be present to receive the first delivery attempt.
Email us within 2–3 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the unopened bag and the specimen.
Store credit will be issued once the claim is reviewed and approved.

Customers are responsible for ensuring weather conditions are safe for delivery. We do not guarantee livestock when temperatures reach freezing conditions or extreme heat in your area. Please monitor local temperatures and plan delivery dates accordingly.

We carefully pack all livestock using insulated packaging and temperature control to help ensure safe arrival.
