Dusky Margined Wrasse

The Dusky Margined Wrasse is a vibrant, active swimmer that brings dynamic movement and color to established reef aquariums. Hardy and reef-safe, this wrasse thrives in tanks with plenty of live rock for hiding and hunting small crustaceans. Care essentials: Provide a minimum 75-gallon tank with strong water flow and stable parameters (72–78°F, pH 8.1–8.3). Feed a varied diet of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and quality flake foods twice daily. These wrasses are generally peaceful but may harass smaller fish or delicate inverts. Acclimate slowly and monitor for aggression during introduction. A tight-fitting lid is recommended, as wrasses can jump when startled.
