Trinidad Pleco

The Trinidad Plecostomus is a nocturnal herbivore ideal for larger community aquariums of 70+ gallons. This greenish-yellow fish from South American rivers features patterned fins that blend seamlessly into planted tanks. Provide driftwood, rocks, and vegetation to replicate its natural habitat and promote security. It naturally controls algae but requires supplemental herbivore wafers when algae is scarce. Best suited for experienced aquarists who can accommodate its substantial adult size.
